Location

Our wooden house is located in the area of the Pfaffenwinkel approximately in the center between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In about half an hour you are in Munich (by car) and in about 45min you reach Garmisch-Partenkirchen. From there you can go skiing in winter and in summer it is a wonderful place to go hiking in the alps. Furthermore are the Ammersee and Starnberger See nearby (9km), which are the biggest and most beautiful lakes in Germany.

Our wooden house and the apartment

Our house is built from spruce wood in ecological construction. From the moment on  you enter the house, you will recognize the different to other normal houses: There is a pleasent woody smell in the air and in the comfortable warm atmosphere, will make you feel at home immediately. We get our electrical supply from our self-generated solar power. Thats why in summer 2019 we will install a charging station for e-cars as well.

The appartment lies in the first floor of the building and has in total 110qm. It consists of a big, open dining and living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. For more detailed information click above on Holiday rental.
